So today we continued the leadership conference again. It went pretty well, not a lot to report actually…

As this trip comes to a close soon, I’ve been reflecting on what God has done in my life while we’ve been here. I came asking for a revival in my soul and I think I’ve found it. Revival comes when we turn our attention to Jesus, take a good look at our lives, repent, and make a commitment to reading His Word, spending time in worship and prayer, and serving others. I think I’m starting to live all that out. Being around such needy people has reminded me how much this world needs Jesus, and we’re the ones to bring Him to them. I know the call on my life and can’t wait to see where God takes me.

It’ll be hard to come home after all this. I miss home, but will miss the people here too. This happens after every trip. At least there’s an end in sight of some of the things holding me back from doing this more, thank the Lord.

Tomorrow we travel to Senegal, tour a little, then fly to Brussels then to Chicago. May we have traveling mercies!
