Finished the ‘cleanse’ part of the Advocare 24-Day Challenge! Now on to the ‘burn’ part! So far I’ve lost 7 pounds and 4 inches 🙂 And I feel really good!
The cleanse part consisted of a fiber drink and meal replacement shake for breakfast; lean protein, veggies & complex carb. for lunch and dinner, and an herbal cleanse supplement before bed. The routine varied some days, but that the basic low down.
The burn phase includes the same eating routine, but with different/more supplements and no fiber drink. The cleanse was for 10 days and the burn will be for 14.
Rumor has it that the burn phase is when you really lose inches. Excitedly waiting for July 2nd!
