With decreased weight and the elimination of processed food and extra sugar, comes the increase of energy and motivation. Did so much this past weekend, my body rebelled yesterday with a migraine. I don’t know for sure the two are related, but it seems suspicious! So today I’m drinking more water and only doing a little.
One of the things I did was inspired by a friend’s mom. I’ve journaled on and off since high school and I’ve been taking written notes during sermons and conferences and writing out prayers, dreams, and visions for a couple decades. This resulted in a bunch of notebooks and journals that were half filled and taking up a lot of room. Pics below of the process, I didn’t get a pic of the bookshelf they were on, but you get the idea. I pulled out all the things I wanted to keep, recycled what I could, then put the keep stuff in sheet protectors grouped by journals/years. The results are a lot of empty notebooks (kept the ones that had a decent amount of paper left), a lot of recycled paper, and one binder. I also ran across things I forgot I wrote over the years, which was pretty cool. I didn’t really read all of it, that’s a project for another day!
